Ulrike (Rika) Kulzer is a PhD candidate within the HCI Lab at Saarland University. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Media Informatics from Ulm University (BSc) and Saarland University (MSc). In her master’s thesis at DFKI, Ulrike explored the effect of multimodal (visual, auditory, and haptic) stimuli on hand redirection in virtual reality. During a subsequent research internship at HIT Lab NZ, she gained a more profound insight into academic research.
