Arata Jingu is a PhD candidate in Human Computer Interaction Lab at Saarland University. He received his B.E. and M.S. at the University of Tokyo. His research interest is to create Visuo-Haptic Digital Twins, reproducing an infinite number of real-world objects with diverse visuo-haptic characteristics in the virtual world. It would totally change human communications, commerce, education, medical care, and entertainment.
